아동 안전 표준
닷츠(dotx, 이하 "서비스")는 전 세계 팬들이 자동 번역을 통해 소통하는 글로벌 커뮤니티 채팅 서비스입니다. 서비스는 아동의 안전을 최우선 가치로 삼으며, 아동에 대한 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)를 어떠한 형태로도 용납하지 않습니다. 본 문서는 서비스가 유지하는 아동 안전 표준과 대응 절차를 명시합니다.
1. 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)의 전면 금지
서비스는 아래 행위를 명시적으로 금지하며, 발견 시 사전 경고 없이 즉시 삭제 및 계정 영구 정지 대상이 됩니다.
- 미성년자가 등장하거나 미성년자를 대상으로 하는 모든 성적 콘텐츠(아동 성착취물, CSAM)의 게시·공유·전송·요청
- 아동에 대한 성적 그루밍(유인·회유), 성적 목적의 접근 및 대화 시도
- 아동 성착취물로 연결되는 링크·외부 유인 행위
- 아동을 성적으로 대상화하거나 착취를 조장·미화하는 일체의 콘텐츠 및 행위
2. 가입 연령 및 접근 제한
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있으며(거주 국가에서 더 높은 연령을 요구하는 경우 해당 기준을 따름), 가입 시 연령 확인 절차를 거칩니다. 만 14세 미만의 이용이 확인되는 경우 해당 계정을 즉시 정지하고 관련 정보를 파기합니다.
3. 앱 내 신고 및 차단 기능
모든 이용자는 앱 내에서 부적절한 메시지·이용자·콘텐츠를 신고하고, 원치 않는 상대를 차단할 수 있습니다. 아동 안전과 관련된 신고는 최우선으로 검토되며, 접수 즉시 운영팀이 확인 후 조치합니다.
4. CSAM 인지 시 대응
서비스는 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 인지하는 즉시 다음 조치를 취합니다.
- 해당 콘텐츠의 즉각적 삭제 및 접근 차단
- 게시·전송한 계정의 영구 정지
- 관련 증거의 보존 및 관계 당국 신고
5. 아동 안전 관련 법령 준수 및 당국 신고
서비스는 운영 지역의 아동 보호 관련 법령을 준수하며, 확인된 아동 성착취물에 대해 아래 기관에 신고하는 절차를 운영합니다.
- 대한민국: 방송통신심의위원회, 경찰청(사이버범죄 신고), 아동권리보장원 등 관계 기관
- 미국 및 글로벌: 미국 실종·착취아동센터(NCMEC, National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
- 기타 이용자 거주 국가의 관할 아동 보호 기관

Child Safety Standards
dotx (the "Service") is a global community chat service where fans worldwide communicate through automatic translation. The Service treats child safety as its highest priority and does not tolerate Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This document sets out the child safety standards we maintain and the procedures we follow.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
The Service explicitly prohibits the following. Any violation results in immediate removal and permanent account suspension without prior warning:
- Posting, sharing, transmitting, or requesting any sexual content involving or targeting minors, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Sexual grooming of minors, or any attempt to contact or converse with a minor for sexual purposes
- Links or off-platform solicitation leading to child sexual exploitation material
- Any content or conduct that sexualizes minors or promotes, normalizes, or glorifies their exploitation
2. Minimum Age and Access Restriction
Only users aged 14 or older may register (or the higher minimum age required in the user's country of residence), and age is verified at sign-up. If use by anyone under 14 is identified, the account is immediately suspended and related information is deleted.
3. In-App Reporting and Blocking
All users can report inappropriate messages, users, and content within the app, and block unwanted contacts. Reports related to child safety receive top priority and are reviewed and acted upon immediately upon receipt.
4. Response to CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, the Service takes the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the content and blocking of access
- Permanent suspension of the account that posted or transmitted it
- Preservation of relevant evidence and reporting to the appropriate authorities
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws and Reporting
The Service complies with applicable child protection laws in the regions where it operates and maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to:
- Republic of Korea: the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the National Police Agency (cybercrime reporting), and other relevant authorities
- United States and globally: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Other competent child protection authorities in the user's country of residence
