앱에서 직접 삭제  ·  Delete via App

앱에 로그인한 뒤 아래 경로를 따라 계정을 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
Log in to the app and follow this path to delete your account immediately.

프로필 → 계정 → 계정 정보 → 계정 삭제
Profile → Account → Account information → Delete account

이메일로 삭제 요청  ·  Delete via Email

앱에 접근하기 어렵거나 계정을 복구할 수 없는 경우 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청하세요.

삭제 처리 기간  ·  Processing Time

앱 내 즉시 삭제: 요청 즉시 처리됩니다.
이메일 요청: 접수 후 영업일 기준 3일(최대 30일) 이내에 처리됩니다.
In-app deletion: processed immediately upon request.
Email request: processed within 3 business days (up to 30 days) of receipt.

삭제되는 데이터  ·  Data Deleted

계정 삭제 시 아래 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다. 삭제 후 복구할 수 없습니다.

The following data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

• 프로필 정보(이메일, 이름, 생년월일, 국가·언어 설정)  ·  Profile information (email, name, date of birth, country and language settings)
• Place·Room 멤버십과 사용자가 만든 차단·뮤트 관계  ·  Place and Room memberships, blocks, and mutes created by the user
• 좋아요와 로그인 세션  ·  Likes and login sessions
• Supabase 인증 계정(이메일/소셜 로그인)  ·  Authentication account (email / social login)

비식별 상태로 보존되는 데이터  ·  Data Retained Without Identity

작성한 채팅 메시지, Place 게시물·댓글과 그 첨부 이미지는 삭제되지 않고 남습니다. 다만 작성자 연결이 삭제된 사용자로 치환되어 회원님과 다시 연결할 수 없습니다. 다른 이용자의 대화 맥락과 진행 중인 신고의 증거를 보존하기 위한 처리입니다.
Message, Place post, and comment text and their attached images are not deleted. Their author is replaced with a deleted user placeholder that cannot be linked back to you. This preserves other users' conversation context and evidence for reports still under review.

신고자 계정 연결을 제거한 신고·안전 기록과 법령 또는 분쟁 대응에 필요한 운영·관리자 로그는 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 기간 동안만 보존될 수 있습니다.
De-identified safety reports and operational or administrator logs required by law or for disputes may be retained only for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

만 14세 미만으로 확인되어 가입이 차단되는 경우에는 위와 달리 Place 게시물·댓글과 업로드한 이미지를 저장소에서 즉시 완전히 삭제합니다.
If an account is blocked because the user is under 14, their Place posts, comments, and uploaded images are instead deleted outright from storage.

Apple 로그인 연결 해제  ·  Sign in with Apple

Apple 로그인을 사용했고 dotx가 Apple 토큰을 보관하지 않아 자동 연결 해제를 완료할 수 없는 경우, 계정 삭제 후 iPhone 또는 iPad의 설정 → [사용자 이름] → Apple로 로그인 → dotx → 삭제에서 연결을 해제해 주세요.
If you used Sign in with Apple and dotx cannot automatically revoke the connection because it does not retain your Apple token, after deleting your account go to Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → dotx → Delete on your iPhone or iPad.
